It's built from live UK rental listings data per postcode area, size and property type — the same market data agents use. Treat it as an informed estimate, not a guarantee: the score is a data-based check, not advice.
What data does it collect?
Only the property listing data you're looking at (price, postcode, size). No browsing history, no personal data beyond your Google sign-in, no tracking. Full details in the privacy policy.
Can landlords use it too?
Absolutely — it's a great sanity-check for landlords pricing their own rentals, and for tenants it's a negotiation tool. Either way, you get the same instant verdict.
