What RentCheckUK does: when you open a UK rental listing on Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket, the extension reads the listing details (price, beds, postcode, type) and compares them against anonymised market rental data to give you an estimated fair rent. It also shows £/sqm value and an estimated total monthly cost (rent + council tax + energy).

What we collect: only the listing data you view, your Google email address (for your free account), and how many checks you use. We do not collect browsing history, cookies, passwords, or any other personal data.

Your data: stored securely in the UK. You can request deletion at any time.
